Dr. Rekha P. Yagnik, of Upper Providence, Media, PA, died Saturday, December 26, 2015. Dr. Yagnik was a Medical Director at Ches Penn Health Services. She was a dedicated pediatrician, loving wife, mother and grandmother. Funeral Service: Tuesday at 3:30PM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp.
