I had the honor of working with Dr Yagnik at ChesPenn for the last 10 years. She was so dedicated to the health service she founded and I admired her tremendously. Her efforts will live on in all the clinics and in the hearts of her colleagues and patients.

Dr. Yagnik was a person who when you had the priveledge of being with her and working with her made you want to be a better person. Her spirit of giving of herself, her amazing abilities as a physician, friend, and confident permeated ChesPenn. May her spirit remain within all of us as we continue to care for those she loved so very much. The world is a much better place because she was here.

This is a very sad time . May God give you strength to get through the difficult time and may her cherished memories ease your pain.

Rekha was a dear friend and will for ever live in our hearts. I feel fortunate to have known her for over 30 yrs and made so many memories with her. All the pujas at your home , weddings of all of our children, Thanksgiving dinners at the Swamis and NY parties in our home.

She was an amazing woman, kind, considerate, caring and giving and blessed with a sunny personality. She will remain as a role model to many especially my daughter Gita who is following in your footsteps of being a dedicated pediatrician for underprivileged kids.

She always had a smile on her face that was heart warming . I miss her. May her soul be in peace .

Dr. Yagnik was truly an exceptional woman and I'm glad I had the pleasure of knowing her.

I was so sorry to hear of Dr. Yagnik's passing. What a wonderful colleague and human being! I was blessed to have the opportunity to work with Rekha on the Public Health Fund committee for the county, and as well to serve with her in the County Medical Society. She will be sorely missed. My condolences to her husband and children, of whom I know she was most proud and who she greatly loved.

Rekha will be remembered fondly, she was an incredibly special person. We'll always appreciate all of her work on behalf of patients. God bless her.
