Obituary of Nancy M. Palmo

Nancy M. (Orobono) Palmo, age 68, a resident of Wayne, PA, for 35 years, formerly of Brookhaven, PA, died Sunday, May 3, 2015, at home. Ms. Palmo was born in Chester, PA, to Marie Orobono and the late John A. Orobono. Nancy attended West Chester, Immaculata and Villanova University. She held a Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Counseling. Nancy was employed as a Guidance Counselor with both Glenwood and Indian Lane Elementary Schools. She retired in 2007, after 39 years with Rose Tree Media School District. She enjoyed reading, cooking, baking, summers in Avalon, NJ, with her family and walks in Valley Forge National Park. Orobono (Karen) Sister: Patricia Krape Also survived by one Niece, four Nephews, two Great-Nieces and one Great-Nephew Memorial Mass: Friday 11:00 AM, at SS. Simon & Jude Catholic Church, 6 Cavanagh Court, West Chester, PA 19382. Visitation: Friday after 9:30 AM, at the church. Interment: Private at the convenience of the family.
