Obituary of Elizabeth M Kondracki

Elizabeth M. (Scott) Kondracki, age 89, of Upland, PA, died Wednesday, November 26, 2014. Mrs. Kondracki was born in Chester, PA. Elizabeth retired from Allied Chemical in Marcus Hook, PA, as the foreman supervisor. Earlier, she was employed by the former Sun Shipbuilding and Dry Dock Company, Chester, PA, during World War II, where she met her husband. Elizabeth was a member and past president of the Upland Senior Citizens, also participating in Parkside and Brookhaven Senior Citizens. Mrs. Kondracki was awarded the Upland Citizen of the year, and was granted the lighting of the borough Christmas tree, from that honor. During the Summer and Fall, Elizabeth's greatest pleasure was spending time at her mountain home in Central, PA. Family and friends were Elizabeth's greatest love. She enjoyed people and cherished spending time with others. Daughter of the late Samuel and Madeline (Hunter) Scott; Wife of 48 years, to the late Anthony "Tony" S. Kondracki, Sr., who died in 1994, Sister of the late Arthur "Sonny", Charles and Raymond Scott. Survivors: Son: Anthony " Tony" S.
