Obituary of Susan D. Mattero

Susan D. Bettin Mattero, age 58, of Aston, PA, died peacefully at home, surrounded by her loving family, Saturday, October 11, 2014. Susan was a 1974 graduate of Nether Providence High School. Susan was the Office Administrator for more than 20 years with Holsten and Associates, Media, PA. Susan was a vibrant woman who loved to dance, enjoyed spending time with friends and drinking wine. She took walks in Ridley Creek State Park, loved her dog, Chance, and was a fabulous cook. More than anything, Susan adored her daughter Angie and spending time with family. Susan was the daughter of the late Fredrick J. and Anna (Spina) Bettin; she was the former wife and longtime friend of the late Michael J. Mattero, who died in July. Survivors: Devoted Daughter and Best friend: Ang Mattero Her Beloved and longtime friend: Bill Holsten Brothers: Fred (Sally) Bettin, Rich Bettin and Rob (Diana) Bettin Sisters: Carol (John) Scott and Marilyn (Brian) Prentice Also survived by nieces, nephews and many family members and friends.
