Obituary of Mary Hird Mac Intyre

Mary Hird Mac Intyre, age 89, died on Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at Calvary Fellowship Homes in Lancaster, PA. Mary was born in Chester, PA, on June 24, 1924, and was the daughter of the late John Leslie and Amelia Wallace Mac Intrye. She lived in the Sun Hill section of Chester, PA, until 1969, when she moved to Ridley Park, PA. She lived there for 19 years, before moving to Calvary Fellowship Homes in 1988. After graduating from Chester High School in 1942, she trained in the use of comptometer, and secured a job at the Pennsylvania Railroad Company. Mary worked at their 32nd & Market St. headquarters in Philadelphia, PA, for 42 years, going through the changes from "Pennsy" to Conrail during her long career. SURVIVORS Cousin: John J.
