Obituary of Virginia E. Steele

Virginia "Ginner" E. Torrens Steele, age 84, a resident of Lima Estates, Lima, PA, formerly of Brookhaven, PA, died Wednesday, June 26, 2013, after a brief illness. Virginia, a graduate of Glen-Nor High School, was known as the "little girl with the big voice." Small in stature, she was a large presence in the lives of those who loved her. Family, friends, and neighbors enjoyed her good nature, ready to laugh and a devotion to those she loved. She will be greatly missed. Virginia worked in the library at Sun Valley High School, for 20 years. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Ralston Steele, and her dear son, Thomas Armstrong Steele.
