Obituary of Frank A. Pezzotti
Frank Pezzotti, 89, of Media, PA, passed away on the 3rd of October at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Frank was born on 19th of December 1933 to Angelo and Rose Pezzotti in Berwyn PA. After returning home from the Korean War, Frank and his wife moved to Media, PA where he spent the remainder of his years. He worked for Clifton Precision Special Devices, Rosetree Media School District, and after retiring worked for many years as a crossing guard for Media School.
Frank was aptly named after St. Francis, he loved all animals and they loved him. His family is sure all his pets were waiting impatiently to greet him again and fight over who would get to sit on his lap first. He also was an avid Eagles fan and was able to enjoy watching them win this past Sunday. Frank’s favorite place to be was his summer home in Rehoboth Beach, DE, tinkering with his golf cart, doing yard work, and sitting on the porch chatting with the neighbors. Above all Frank loved his family and friends. Not only was he a father and Pop Pop to
his family, he was a father and Pop Pop figure to many.
Frank is survived by his wife of 70 years, Lillian Pezzotti née Conway, his children Amanda (Steve) Gallagher, William (Irina) Pezzotti, Tina Pezzotti, and Jennifer Pezzotti. His grandchildren William (Nile) Pezzotti, Alexander (Alessandra) Loubianoi, Paige Pezzotti, Destiny Copps-Trusty, Marqus Hardin, and Sophia Pezzotti. And great grandchildren Angelina Gallagher, Abby Pezzotti-Johnson, Brie Pezzotti-Johnson, Makai Pezzotti-Johnson, Francis Gallagher, Andre Loubianoi, and Amelia Pezzotti. As well as his sister Jean Bennett, and numerous nephews and nieces. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Angelo and Rose, his son Frank, Jr., his Brothers Joseph and Paul, his sister Mary and his two grandsons Frank and Steven Gallagher.
Frank will be greatly missed by his family and friends. His loss will be felt deeply for many years to come. Due to Frank’s wishes, his service and burial will be private.
