Dear Karen, Beth, John and all your family,

I am very sad to earn of your huge loss. I was lucky to know your wonderful Mom mostly through you all, but also for a period of time at work. She simply was an extraordinary woman with a HUGE heart. It seemed that she had room in her spirit for everyone.

I am thinking of you, and truly wishing you solace in your sorrow. I wish I could be there in person to hug you all, but please know that I am there 'in spirit.
