Obituary of Geri Greenwalt-Templin

Geri Greenwalt-Templin, age 89, of Glen Mills, PA, formerly of Chester, PA and Wilmington, DE, died Tuesday, January 5, 2016. Geri was a 1943 graduate of Chester High School. She worked 4 years at Claymont Steel in the Accounting Department. Geri then worked at Westinghouse Corporation as a technical writer of instruction manuals for the Gas Turbine Division, and was a Union Representative of the Salaried Employees Association, retiring in 1983. Geri was a member of Mount Hope United Methodist Church, Aston, PA, Past President of the Aston Lioness Club, member of Christian Professional Women’s Association, and a volunteer at Riddle Hospital for Tel/Med. Geri was the wife of the late Elwood “Pete” Templin, mother of the late Joseph W. Greenwalt, sister of the late Jess Frysinger and Jane Perrette. Survivors: Son: Glen S. Greenwalt of Middletown Twp., Media, PA, Dennis (Kim), and Ronald (Karen) Templin, both of Georgia Daughter-in-law: Karen Greenwalt of Chester, PA Grandchildren: Kimberly Greenwalt-Kaczmarczyk (Brian) and Joseph F.
