Obituary of Roberta T. Benner

Benner, Roberta "Bobby" Theresa (Keenan), age 84, of Paoli, PA, died August 4, 2015, surrounded by her family. In her early years, Roberta enjoyed snow skiing, water skiing, knitting, ceramics, & spending time in Ocean City, NJ. She loved her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. Roberta was always fond of her cats & was a dog lover. Predeceased by her parents Egbert A. and Marion (Neumiller) Keenan, her longtime partner Bud Farrington, former husband Walter Benner, Sr., and siblings Marion Chambers, Bernice Parker, Eileen Blake, Joan Logue, and Harry Keenan. Survivors: Sons: Walter Benner, Jr. ( Pam), of Lakeland, FL, Steven Benner (Jane), of West Chester, PA, Mark Benner, Sr., of Philadelphia, PA, and Scott Benner, Sr. (Libby), of Malvern, PA. Also survived by 15 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Memorial Service: Saturday, August 29, 2015, at 2 pm, St. David's Episcopal Church, 763 So. Valley Forge Road, Wayne, PA 19087. Visitation: Saturday, 1:00-2:00 pm at the church. Interment: Private Memorial Contributions: Chester County SPCA, 1212 Phoenixville Pike, West Chester, PA 19380
