Obituary of Michael C. Luongo

Michael C. Luongo, age 76, of Brookhaven, died Monday, September 27, 2010 at home in Brookhaven. Mr. Luongo was born July 8, 1934 in Philadelphia, PA. He is the son of the late Michael C. and the late Anna (Berardi) Luongo. He had been a resident of Upper Darby before moving to Brookhaven 49 years ago. EDUCATION: Graduate of Drexel University with a Degree in Electrical Design Engineering VETERAN: U S Army EMPLOYMENT: He was employed by Westinghouse as a Electrical Design Engineer. ORGANIZATIONS: Mike was a man devoted to his home and family. SURVIVORS: He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Roberta Luongo; Two Daughters: Amy and Rebecca; His Uncle, Albert Berardi, several cousins and nieces. Predeceased by his Sister, Theresa Thorn. SERVICE INFORMATION: Funeral Service: 10:30 a.m. Saturday at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte#352) & Knowlton Roads, Middletown Twp., Media, PA.
