Obituary of Philip Mustico

Philip Mustico "Phil", age 87, of Wallingford, PA, and formerly of Philadelphia, PA, died Sunday, February 10, 2013 at home, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Mustico was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA and had been a resident of Wallingford, PA for 55 years. Mr. Mustico was a veteran of the US Navy, who proudly served his country during World War II. He was awarded the American Theatre Medal, Asiatic Pacific Medal (1 star) and the World War II Victory Medal. Phil worked with Boscov's Department Store, Boeing Helicopter and Korvettes Department Store and also on his own, as a Tailor for over 50 years, until retiring in 2000. He was a talented worker and his career took on the pleasure of any hobby he might have enjoyed. Mr. Mustico was a member of the Church of St. John Chrysostom, Wallingford, PA. He was a member of Wolfe Barone Lodge, where he enjoyed bowling in their league. Phil was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, and most of all he loved spending time with his family. He was known for his great sense of humor and being a big tease. He is the son of the late Peter and the late Rose (Matalone) Mustico.
