Obituary of Paul H. Walkovic

Paul H. Walkovic, age 79, of Media, PA, died suddenly on Tuesday, January 15, 2013. Paul attended St. Agnes grade school and was a proud 1952 graduate of Roman Catholic High School, Philadelphia, PA. He was a U.S. Army Veteran who was active in placing flags on veteran graves. Paul was retired from the U.S. Postal Service. Mr. Walkovic was a football, track and field official PIAA & NCAA throughout Delaware County high schools and colleges. He was involved in Senior Olympics and Pan Am Games. Paul was on the Middletown Township Park and Recreations Committee and DELCO Senior Games Committee. Most of all, Paul loved his family and being involved with the community. He was the father of the late Diane Walkovic. He was predeceased by 3 sisters and 1 brother. Survivors: Wife of 4 years: Pat Gerrol Walkovic Daughter: Cathy E. Walkovic (Ann) Son: Paul D. Walkovic (Regina) Step-Children: Michael Gardner (Nancy), Kathleen Lovering (Rod), Daniel Gardner (Linda) Sister: Mary Williams Grandchildren: David, April, Samantha, Danny, Gregory, Robert, David, Molly, Nicole and Megan.
