Obituary of Ethel M. Fry

Ethel "Peggy" M. (nee Foreman) Fry, 91, of Upland, PA, died Thursday, August 9, 2012 at Conner Williams Nursing Home. Mrs. Fry was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Vivian and Lillian (Fry) Foreman. She had been a resident of Upland, PA for 37 years; residing at Conner Williams for the last 4 years. Mrs. Fry attended Chester schools and was employed with Consumer Industrial Research as a Telephone Researcher for 10 years. Peggy joined the VFW Auxiliary Post #1521 in May 1939 where she was a member for 73 years. She loved her family and most of all enjoyed the times they were together. She was creative and enjoyed many crafts especially crocheting and needle crafts. Mrs. Fry was the wife of the late John J. Fry, mother of the late Vivian M. Royer, grandmother of the late Kevin Royer and sister of the late Jacqueline Modesto and William Foreman. SURVIVORS Son: John W. Fry of Aston, PA Son-in-Law: Byron I.
