Condolences
Uncle Sweet reminded me of my own Mom with his gentle nature, love for animals, and kindness towards others. He was dedicated to his family and job. I admired his fight and loved his family for supporting him. Much love to all of you during your difficult time.
Sweetman, was one of the "big guys" when I was young man in Green Ridge. He was always
friendly and always kool.
He was a patriot and served his country, among the first U.S. Troops in Viet Nam,
but never mentioned it.
He was a kind soul and will be missed, by many.
I've had the pleasure of knowing 'slip' for many years, both prior to and while working with him at DCP. He was a fellow firearms instructor with me for many years and a fine officer. Gone too soon, rest well, gentle warrior.
Sweetman - you will be missed tremendously by all who you touched. I will long remember the good memories and conversations we had throughout the years.
Sweetman - you will be missed tremendously by all who you touched. I will always have fond memories of the time and conversations we had at BOJC. My condolences go out to the Haislip family -
Well, Sweetman, you were always the love of my life. You brightened my days, made me smile and warmed my nights.
You were my first kiss. You stole my heart. Some people never feel the love we had. I was blessed. Your pain is gone and I pray heaven is all I think it is.
we sure did have a great time growing up in the Ridge.
you will be truely missed.
Dear Phyllis, Sherry and Tim, I didn't know Sweetman for a long time, but the time spent with him and all of you was...sweet. I pray that you are comforted, knowing his pain is over and he is free now. God bless y'all.
Brenda, your old neighbor
Sweetman
There is not enough room on this computer to wright all the fond memories I have of you. We go back a long way (very young)I'm still thankfull for all your help making the cabin assignments go smoothly at Jungle Cock. I know you are in a better place now and my thoughts and prayers go out to you, Phillis and your family.
Wanted to say my prayers for your family. Sweet was a great guy to talk to and a great friend to my father. I always got to have a great conversation with him and he could make my little girl smile xoxo you will be greatly missed by all the fellows at Crystle rd(mancave), always in our hearts.
Phyllis and the rest of the Haislip family: I was very sad to hear of Sweetman's death. A great many of my best childhood memories involved Sweetman, Mary Jane, Brenda, and Johnny. He was like a big brother to me. There was only one Sweetman. He will be missed! Dave
