You left too soon, Bill. I figure there was an empty seat at God's banquet table, and he wanted to offer it to someone very special. Enjoy the feast with your parents and sister!

Billy was a rare and wonderful soul and our family was extraordinarily lucky to have been able to count him among our numbers. I have so many memories from flipping onto bunk beds as kids to seeing him only weeks ago. I will always remember him with that grin on his face. He was and is loved, and will be missed. The world's a little dimmer now though Heaven's brighter. I think they're all laughing up there together.

We were so sorry to hear of the passing of Billy. He was one of my favorite people, always respectful, kind and caring. My deepest sympathy to his wife anc children and all the Bailey family. My prayers are with you on this sad day. May God comfort you in your sorrow.

I am very happy to say that I knew Bill. He was a fun loving guys, that used to make me laugh all the time. I definitely want to send my regards to his wife Laura. Please let me know if there is anything that I can help you with! I am very sorry that I was not able to go to Bill's funeral service, but please know that I am thinking and praying for your family.
