Obituary of Marie R. Beneke

Marie R. (Nee Jowder) Beneke, 80, of Ridley Park, PA died Friday, May 11, 2012 at Taylor Hospital. Mrs. Beneke was born May 22, 1931 in Phoenixville, PA. and was the daughter of the late Michael and Bertha (Liptak) Jowder. Marie was a graduate of Chester High School. She was employed by Pathmark as a cashier and formally worked for Scott Paper as a packer. Marie was devoted to her family and enjoyed family gatherings and social events. She loved trips to Buttonwood Beach with her daughter, Debbie. Marie was the wife of the late Leslie W. Beneke who died in 1985 and sister of the late Mickey Jowder . SURVIVORS Daughter: Deborah L.
