Aunt Carole was one of the most loving and selfless people I have ever met. Her and Uncle Bud have been a part of my life for as long as I can remember -- am so lucky to have them in my life. My heart is so heavy for Bud, Jacqui, Craig and the rest of their family and friends.
I hope there is some peace in the memories that everyone who loves her has of their good times with her. I will miss her terribly.

Carole Lewis was a true beautiful person inside and out. She always had a smile and laugh to share. Most importantly for me was that she was the impetus for my abrupt departure from Avon Grove HS to retire on disability. She happened to see me one day at work in an emaciated state of stress and gave me a gentle motherly talk about what was really important in life. She brought me to tears as I realized how true her words were and how sincerely she was trying to help me. Within a few weeks I left and never looked back except to thank God for this loving angel that made a huge difference for me, as just a fellow colleague. I’ve kept her in my prayers ever since. I KNOW she’s in heaven. May God bless your family during this loss.
Craig, God Bless you and the family. I am so sorry for the loss of your Mother. May you find peace and comfort through all the memories. I did not know her but know that she had brought up a very good fine strong son. Peace, Terry Lynn Buchanan
