Obituary of Robert P. Street

Robert P. Street, age 79,  of Brookhaven, PA, died at home on Monday, November 20, 2023, surrounded by his loving family.

Bob was a graduate of West Catholic High School, Class of 1961, and Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science in 1973. In 1982, Bob graduated from Widener University with his MBA.  Mr. Street was the Director of Pharmacy at Chester County Hospital, Episcopal Hospital and St. Agnes Hospital.  He also worked at Methodist Hospital for many years.  Bob retired in 2016.

Bob was an active member of Middletown Presbyterian Church, Middletown Twp., Media, PA.

Bob enjoyed being outdoors, whether he was kayaking, biking, fishing or walking on the Chester Creek Trail.  Bob and Jo traveled all 50 states as well as 28 countries. In the last few years, he unlocked a hidden talent of creating beautiful paintings that he enjoyed gifting to family.  Most of all, he cherished spending time with his family.

Devoted Wife of 50 years: Joellen (Journey) Street

Daughters: Shannon (Gary) Zarnoski and Kimberly Street

Grandchildren: Zachary and Jolie Zarnoski

Brother: Charles (Fran) Street

Also survived by 1 niece and 3 nephews.

Visitation: Tuesday, November 28^th from 10:00-10:45AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, November 28^th at 11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Lower Brandywine Cemetery, 101 Old Kennett Rd., Wilmington, DE 19807.
