Although I haven't seen "Aunt" Vera in 64 years, when we moved to FL, I thought of her often. I remember the fun times when she and your father would play cards with my parents, John and Leona Boehm, and Barbie and I would watch TV. We usually talked around Christmas and I missed her call this year. I'm sorry for your loss.

Vera will be missed by so many. She had a wonderful life, blessed with family and friends. She was loving and kind, strong and resilient, gentle and giving. Family and all who knew her will miss her dearly.

I’m so sorry for your family’s loss. It sounds like Vera led a very fulfilling life and will be missed by many. I grew up a couple of doors down on Woodland Ave, and was a playmate of Craig’s. When I think of Mrs Burlew, I remember her laugh and her awesome grilled cheese sandwiches, and that she was always kind to me! RIP Vera. ❤️

Hello; my name is Margielee Lane. My family except for me have passed away. Our families lived next door to each other over 20 years of wonderful children memories. Vera, Mrs Carroll, and Jean Lind were close also. Mrs Rennie was a few doors down. What a great childhood I had. My Mom moved to Florida and always contacted Vera. My condolences to Susan, Craig and Barbara’s and the whole family. How bless you were to have Vera in your life.
