Obituary of Karen A. Forte

Karen A. Forte, age 69, of Middletown Twp., Media, PA, died Saturday, August 12, 2023 surrounded by family at home. She was a graduate of Sun Valley High School. Karen was a LPN at Riddle Hospital for 3 years before changing careers to a Domestic Goddess for 35 years.

Karen enjoyed playing her guitars, listening to music (especially Zac Brown Band’s, Chicken Fried) and vacationing in Ocean City, MD. She was an enthusiastic Phillies fan and would often talk about taking bus trips to see the games with her dad when she was little. Karen was a woman with a kind heart who loved her family and cherished friendships and playing with her grandchildren.

Wife of 38 years to Robert A. Forte

Sister: Linda (Tony) Marchanti

Son: David (Xochitl) Shafer

Daughters: Kerri Forte, Stacey (Tim) Emlet, Robyn Forte

5 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren 

Interment is open to friends and family and will be held at Lawn Croft Cemetery, Linwood, PA on Wednesday, August 23rd at 11:30AM.
