Mr Alburger was a lovely man, who spoke kindly to everyone. He was a schoolmate of my mother, Mary Moore, at Springfield High School. I remember Mr. Alburger spending many hours in the peace and quiet of Chamber's Memorial Presbyterian Church, working on portraits of former clergy of the church. I was always amazed at the full life that he lived. He really was a Rennaissance man in the truest sense of the word. I send my deepest condolences to his wife Betty and his family. To the Alburger extended family, I send my sincerest sympathies on the passing of a truly wonderful man. George will remain in my heart the kind, delightful, charming and talented "Gamma Phi Guy" and I will miss him.
