Condolences
I went to grade school and high school with Joe. He was always such a nice guy and fun to be around.
To the Coia family and Perla,
I will always treasure my memories of working with Joe. His smile was infectious, and it was always fun playing with Turbo, the gentlest of Rottweilers. Joe will be missed by all who worked with him. May the lord bring you comfort in this time of mourning.
Sarah Oaks, DVRPC (Retired)
