Obituary of Robert A. Blakney

Robert A. Blakney, "Bob" age 83, of Aston, PA, formerly of Sharon Hill, PA, died at home on Thursday, February 9, 2023.

Bob was a graduate of Sharon Hill High School, Class of 1957.  He was an insurance agent and computer programmer with Wawa, retiring after 40 years.  Bob was musically talented, playing the guitar, violin, harmonica as well as singing.  He also liked to hunt, read and spend time at home.

Husband of the late Margaret Lewis Blakney; Father of the late David Blakney; Son of the late Richard and Matilda Blakney; Brother of the late Mary and Natalia.

Survivors:

Son: Jimmy Blakney

Daughters: Lisa Northover (Leon) and Brenda Edwards (Sean)

Grandchildren: Felicity, Cheyenne, L.J., Aubree and Zander

God-Daughter: Teresa Shallcross and her children, Charles, Brian, Amanda and Michael.

Services and Interment will be private.
