Obituary of Joseph A. Crowley

Joseph Arthur Crowley, age 79, of Upland, PA, formerly of Toby Farms, Chester Township, PA, died Saturday, March 19, 2022 at Riddle Memorial Hospital. Joe was a retired former Meat Department Manager at a number of Supermarket Chains in Delaware and Chester Counties, PA, where he took pride in knowing he was the “G.O.A.T” of meat cutting.

Joe was a founding member of the Upland Athletic Center. Joe enjoyed golf and was a loyal Philadelphia Phillies Sports Fan and was Larry Bowa’s Number 1 Fan. Joe adored his beloved dog, his side kick, Lilly.

Son of the late Thomas and Anna (Stokely) Crowley; Brother of the late John, Richard, Thomas, Robert and his sister Joan Howat.

Loving Companion for 24 years: Shirley Haughey

Siblings: Maryann (Sam) Viscuso, Margaret (Ronnie) Bastian and David Stokley

Children: Joseph (Valerie), Richard (Adrienne), Debbie (Michael) Cornacchia, Edward (Cindi Bowers) and Brian

Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren: Tina (Brandon) Bush, Carissa (Kevin) Nusspickel, Chelsea Knowles, Jenna (Tim) Gilbert, Bryana, Nick, Connor, Jayden Knowles, Harper Bush

Visitation: Monday, March 28^th from 10:00-10:45AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Monday, March 28^th at 11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
