Obituary of William Young

William H. Young, “Koner”, age 64, a lifelong resident of Aston, PA, died Sunday, December 5, 2021 at home surrounded by his family.  Bill was a graduate of Penncrest High School, Class of 1975. He was employed at Main Line Health System in Physical Plant Maintenance for 20 years, retiring in May, 2021.

Koner was a member of the Loyal Order of Moose, Lodge 2189, The Lenni A.C. and the Veterans of Foreign War Post #6613.  Bill was an avid sports fan, but he was devoted to the Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed playing on many softball teams.  Most of all, Bill was devoted to his family and cherished spending time together.

Parents: Robert and Mary (Ellwood) Young, Sr.

Daughters:  Colleen (Doug) Young and Tallie (Andrij) Young

Brothers: Bob (Eileen) Young, Gary (Karen) Young, John (Diana) Young, David Young

Sisters: Joyce (Jack) Rynders, Cindy (Johnny) Dorsey

Granddaughter: Kayla Donegan

Also survived by Aunts, Uncles, Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.

Visitation: Saturday, December 11^th from 10:00-11:15AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Funeral Service: Saturday, December 11^th at 11:30AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Private.
