Obituary of Orvis A. Kline

Orvis A. Kline, “Butch”, “Orvie”, age 79, of Media, PA, died Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at home, surrounded by his loving family. Orvis was born November 16, 1941 in Clearfield, PA, and was a graduate of Clearfield Area High School. He was a U.S. Airforce Veteran, proudly serving his country. Orvis was employed at Bell Atlantic for many years, until retiring. He also owned Aces LockSmith Company. Orvis was a member of The Greater Locksmith Association of Philadelphia, PA, the Association of Locksmiths of America, the PIAA for Delaware County Wrestling and the Boy Scouts of America. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at Cape Hatteras. He also enjoyed photography. Most of all, he cherished his family. Son of the late Paul Orvis and Dorothy Kline Survivors: Daughter: Michelle Kline Sons: Paul Kline and his wife, Audrey and Lee Kline and his wife, Fernanda Grandsons: Ethan and Mason Former Wife, Best Friend and his one true love: Sandy Jakubek Sisters: Sue Matot Bedard Kline and Nancy Palmer Also survived by nieces and nephews Visitation: Tuesday, December 29th from 6:00-8:00PM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063. A Graveside Service will be Saturday, January 9th at 1:00PM at Goshen Cemetery, Clearfield, PA.
