Obituary of Elizabeth C. Lawlor
Elizabeth C. Lawlor, “Betty - Nan – Nana” age, 84 of Secane, PA, formerly of Chester, PA, died on Wednesday December 2, 2020 at home with her family. Betty was born in Philadelphia, PA and graduated from Notre Dame High School. She worked at Crozer Chester Hospital as an ER technician.
Betty was a parishioner of OLPH, Morton, PA. Betty loved swimming and met her husband at the White Sands swim club in Aston, PA. They were a wonderful couple and socialized often with friends. She looked forward to and loved spending time with family. She never missed a party or event, she lit up every room she entered, always picked the most detailed gifts and presents. She took pride in her appearance and couldn't wait to get her hair done at the salon every week. In her early days, Betty enjoyed traveling to NYC and seeing shows. She cherished her times of going out with her girlfriends for drinks and pulling slots at the casinos. She especially most recently enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren and attending sporting events and school functions. Most afternoons she was doing snapchats and tic toks with her great granddaughter Violette. She loved to watch movies, especially WWII movies with Danny. Nan, loved animals and had a tender touch. Betty would never turn down the opportunity to go shopping with her daughter Beth and granddaughter Nicole. She loved long car rides and spending time with her son in the mountains. She had undoubtedly a witty personality and enjoyed humor and laughing. She was a dedicated wife, mother and grandmother and would never let anyone down. She was a strong woman of her word.
Loving wife of the late William Lawlor (Bill), daughter of the late, William and Catherine Wallace
