Condolences
Jim was such a wonderful and interesting gentleman. We met Jim when my mom moved to Arbor Terrace. We always visited with him when we saw my Mom. And we visited Jim even after she had passed. He loved feeding the birds there. And his train platform was amazing. God bless you, Jim. We are so glad we knew you. Tom and Kay
Dear Mitchell Family
Jim was a true friend who would do anything for you. He was innovative and could make anything work. We shared many times with he and Kathy. He loved his family and always let us know what was going on with the family. We loved bringing our kids over to see his trains and collectibles which he proudly operated and displayed. We will miss him dearly.

To the Mitchell family —
Your dad was so thoughtful and so good to my parents in their last years; my mom and dad loved him. From his good words to my mom in the hospital to his cheerful deliveries of cider and a chat with my dad, my sister Sue and I appreciated him! Condolences to the entire family — Laurie Shannon
Dear Mitchell family, there are so many memories to share and stories to tell. My favorite was one summer day, I picked Jim up and we went in search of a Dairy Queen. The one I chose had turned into a bank so Plan B. We headed to Village Green, on all the backroads from Newtown Square. We had a lovely trip down Memory Lane, each of us in turn, telling of something, or someone, those roads reminded us of from long ago. There were a lot of things that "my Kathy" and "my Ernie" said or did. I treasure that day. Rest now, Jim. ~Corky ~
