Obituary of Denise Evelyn Blackburn-Gordon

Denise Evelyn Blackburn-Gordon, age 61, of Sharon Hill, PA, formerly of Brookhaven, PA, and Mt. Airy, Philadelphia, PA, died Friday, June 5, 2020 at Jefferson Hospital of Philadelphia, PA. Denise was born August 5, 1958 in Chester, PA. She was a graduate of Sun Valley High School and Combs College of Music, where she received a Bachelor Degree in Music Therapy. Denise was a loving mother and grandmother, living her life devoted to her grandchildren. Daughter of the late Lois E. Gordon Blackburn; mother of the late Michael English, Sr.; sister of the late Leon Blackburn, Jr. Survivors: Father: Leon Blackburn, Sr. Daughters: Michelle Gordon (Damon Nutter) and Monica Gordon Grandchildren: Damon, Jr., Desirae, Drue, Samir, Aryan, Drew, Jr., Michael, Jr. and Jazz A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
