Obituary of Doris W. Brown

Doris W. (nee Lee) Brown, 93, of Media and formerly of Woodlyn, PA, died Friday, August 5, 2011 at Harlee Manor, Springfield, PA. Doris was born in England and had been a resident of Woodlyn for over 50 years before moving to Media, PA 7 years ago. Doris was a homemaker and was especially devoted to her family. She had the gift of hospitality and you were always welcome at her home and no one ever left hungry. She was a great cook and was known for her vegetable soup and cookies. An animal lover she especially loved her dog, Fluffy. Doris was the wife of the late Frederick D. Brown who died in 1996. SURVIVORS Son: Kevin E.
