Obituary of Joseph M. Vail
Joseph (Joe) Vail, Passed Peacefully into the loving arms of his Heavenly Father, Jesus Christ, on February 22, 2020. He was the modest Finishing Carpenter of Philadelphia’s renown Architectural Buildings: most notably, One Liberty Place, which made Philadelphia’s Skyline among the most stunning of America’s most prominent cities. Also, among Joe Vail's other accomplishments were: Bloomingdale's King of Prussia’s Grand Glass Façade, as well as the University of Pennsylvania Medical Center addition.
Mr. Vail was a US Army Veteran serving in the US and France.
Brother of the late Charles , Rose and Loretta.
Joseph is survived by Wife Frances; Daughters Mary, Susannah & Jane; Granddaughters Ashley, Ivory, & Rebekah and many nieces and nephews
Joe’s generous smile is already missed by many. The family is filled with deep gratitude to Cedar Haven Healthcare, Good Samaritan Hospital, & AseraCare Hospice for their Care, Devotion, & Support of Joe & his Family.
Graveside Services will be Thursday, February 27th at 2:00PM at St. Michael's Cemetery, Chester, PA.
