Mr. Hough was my shop (Technical Drafting) teacher at Delcastle in the early 90s. He was very much a father figure. As one of two females in the class, he always looked out for our well-being and honor. On graduation day, I cried the most because I was truly going to miss him. May he Rest In Peace.
