Obituary of Sarah C. Ritz

Sarah C. (nee McNealis) Ritz, 98 years of age, died on Wednesday December 11, 2019.

Born in Coaldale, PA., Mrs. Ritz had been a resident of Brookhaven, PA since 1957. She had been employed by the A & P Markets as a checker, until her retirement.

Mrs. Ritz and her husband Pete had been founding members of the Church of Our Lady Charity in Brookhaven, PA. She was also a member of the Saint James Alumni Association.

She enjoyed bingo and was an avid Phillies fan.

Wife of the late Peter (Pete) Ritz, who died in 1990 and mother of the late Francis P. (Fran) Ritz, who died in 2019.

She is survived by her son James J. (Suzanne) Ritz, also survived by 2 grandchildren, Christopher and Christina and 8 Great-Grandchildren.
