I'll miss my Uncle Joe! I have very fond memories of us all taking vacations in Avalon NJ. Year after year! Eating shrimp at the Black Eagle with my uncle Joe ,Aunt Flo and my cousins we had a great time. As I grew older I moved to Fl. And didn't get a chance to see or talk much to my Uncle Joe, but my love for him and his laugh was still in my heart! I was very sorry I couldn't be there to comfort my Aunt Florence and my cousins Nancy and Suzanne! My heart goes out to them! I'll truly miss you Uncle Joe! I know your in a better place and my hope is to be all together again!!
Flo, My sincerest condolences for Joey. I will miss his silly, silly humor and the chuckles that we shared together. He made me feel good when I would bring over a 1/2 of chocolate cake for you and him and he would ask me "where's the other half". The two of you were the VERY BEST of neighbors that anyone could wish to have. I will truly miss Joe and pray we all see each other again when we are called home. Bless you and your family.
Florence, Suzanne & Nancy,
My condolences to you at the loss of Joe! So sad to hear about his passing. I have fond memories of his smile and quiet humor. Love to the family and wishing you continued strength throughout the next few days and years.
Love, Patty
In 2006 I was able to travel to Philadelphia to watch the Eagles play in the Superbowl. I was so happy to be able to share that time with Uncle Joe and the rest of the family. Moren important than that in 2016 my family and my sisters family were able to travel and see Uncle Joe and the rest of the family. It was the first time that he was able to meet his Great Great Nephew and Niece. I was so pleased that they (my son and daughter) were able to share a cheesesteak with him and meet this amazing man. I am honored to call Joe my uncle, and he will be missed. Rest in the arms of Jesus.
