You embraced the critters that I would find and bring home as an adolescent....much to Mom's chagrin. You always took everything in stride and never sweated anything. Never. Always looked on the positive side of anything and did not let mundane things slow you down. Always in the forefront were everyone else before your own well being. I suppose that may be why you left us so soon. Your heart failed because it was worn out from doing so much for so many for so long. I will do my best to carry that spirit moving forward. Thank you for being the best sister a sibling could hope to have. I will think of you every time I see interesting bird stuff and though I could never come close to filling the void that you have left I certainly try to pay it forward as you would do throughout my remaining days.
Tell Mom, Dad and Joey I think of them often and when that day comes we will be reunited. Until that day I will strive to honor your memory.
Love you!!
Im sorry to hear of your loss my heart goes out to you all. Jeanne was awsome !
Mark,
I’m writing this with tears in my eyes after watching Jeanne’s beautiful video tribute. Vic and I are so sorry for your loss. Although she was taken way too soon, Jeanne certainly had a full life, a loving family and many friends. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I'm so sorry to hear of Jeanne's pasting. She was such a kind and generous person. She always made me feel welcomed in your home. I am praying for you and your family.
Mark, Mike and I are so sorry to hear about Jeannie. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Jeanne, we met at BMH quite a long time ago(40yrs). I was supposed to have one of your classmates as my big sister, but instead you took me under your wing. How lucky was I. We had so much fun working as students on weekends and summertime. Your family welcomed me in like one of them. All the meals and weekends that were spent in Newtown Square. I remember all those times you had a test and got up at 5 AM to study.
You are my daughter's godmother. You showered her with so much love. Whenever you visited the Helner's there was always cookies to enjoy. I know you will be looking down on all of us. Say hi to your folks and my folks.
Dear Jeannie,
Thank you for being such an amazing godmother to me and best friend to my mom. The kind of friend you have been to her, that is the kind of friend I strive to be. Everything you did, you did with such compassion and care for the other person. Whether it was picking out the right birthday or Christmas gift, or just sharing who you are as a person, I always knew I would have fun with you. Having you visit Florida last year and to go to Disney again like we did when Caroline graduated high school, those memories are something I will forever cherish. We're all gonna miss you but have fun and send us some love, whether that be in the form of a bird or a good clear beach day, or having Tinkerbell fly across Magic Kingdom, you'll always be with us.
xoxo Shannon

While we only met Jeanne in late June as new home owners on Mulberry Knoll, we are very saddened that such a beautiful, soulful spirit has been taken way before her time. We send our thoughts and prayers to Mark and the family at this very difficult time.
Jeanie, you were one of a kind...kind hearted, kind spirited. You were so loving, thoughtful and generous with your time and gifts. We will miss you beyond measure.
Until we meet again, my friend, watch over us all! Keep those angels hopping up there!
Dear Mark and Family,
Words cannot express how sorry I am for your loss. Jeanne was an extraordinary woman and will be sorely missed.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
Sincerely,
Sharon Woodland
Jeanne, since the day we met at BMH we had instant chemistry. Working with you and Robin on 3-11 shift was stressful, but the 3 musketeers made it fun and, wow, did we save lives together!!!! You were always so dedicated to your profession. And, of course, we became the very best of friends for the next 30+ years. You were always kind to those you loved. And, Jeannie, no one was a better story teller than you. You made me laugh countless times!!! I wish I could hug you one last time. I can’t tell you how much I will miss you. You left us all far too early. I know you are already with God. Be our guardian angel now, Jeanne. I love and miss you already
