Obituary of John J. McGee

John J. McGee, III, 68, of Havertown died Tuesday, July 19, 2011 at home. John was a 1960 graduate of Monsignor Bonner High School. He was a veteran of the US National Guard. John was a parishioner at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Havertown, PA. Mr. McGee was a self employed contractor and a master carpenter who took pride in his many accomplishments. John was an avid reader, a lover of country music, sailing, skiing, traveling and most of all his time spent with his family. He also enjoyed his trips to the shore and a good party. He is the son of the late John J. and Catherine (Clark) McGee, Jr. SURVIVORS: WIFE of 31 years: Rosemary E. (Anderson) McGee. CHILDREN: Andrew McGee of California, Dawn Hand (Damien) of Malvern, Maura Ramaly (Mark) of Illinois, Mollie McGee of Drexel Hill and Ryan McGee of Havertown. SISTERS: Maggie MacNamara (Dennis), Kathleen McNichol (Joseph) and Eileen Killion (Tom). BROTHER: Dennis McGee (Marian) 8 GRANDCHILDREN Also survived by nieces and nephews.
