Bill was a wonderful neighbor to our family for 29+ years. He was always willing to lend a hand and loved a great conversation - especially if it involved, science, airplanes or Tina Turner! He will always be remembered in our hearts and prayers and much love go out to Joanne and her family during this sad time.
