Obituary of George Joseph Willoughby

George J. Willoughby, age 90, of Brookhaven, PA, formerly of SW Philadelphia, died on Sunday, July 29, 2018 at home surrounded by his loving family. He was a graduate of John Bartram High School, Class of 1946.  Mr. Willoughby was an insurance agent for 40 years until his retirement.  George was a parishioner at the Church of Our Lady of Charity, Brookhaven, PA.  George enjoyed spending time with his family and sitting on his patio.

Predeceased by 4 brothers, a sister and a son-in-law

Survivors:

Loving wife of 69 years:  Peggy Spence Willoughby

Children:  Terri Carr, Debra and Joe Lichman

Grandchildren: Jennifer and Tim Vo, Joseph, his wife Jessica Taylor and Erin Lichman

Great-Grandchildren: Sadie and Boston Vo

Funeral Mass: Saturday, August 4th at 10:30AM at the Church of Our Lady of Charity, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, PA 19015.

Visitation: Saturday, August 4th from 9:00-10:00AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Interment: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery.
