Obituary of Olive L. Gilbert

Olive L. (Carey) Gilbert, age 89, of Woodlyn, PA, formerly of Glenolden, PA. Olive was born at home on September 9, 1928 and passed at home on Sunday, January 14, 2018, surrounded by her loving family. Olive was a graduate of Glen-Nor High School. Olive enjoyed traveling with her husband to Myrtle Beach and Florida. Most of all, she was devoted to her home and family.

Wife of the late George W. Gilbert, Jr., mother of the late George W. Gilbert, III., sister of the late Winifred Grossi.

Survivors:

Daughter: Sharon (Paul) Misuriello

Sons: Richard and Brian Gilbert

Sisters: Marion Roth and Ruth Barry

Also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews

Funeral Service : Thursday, January 25th at 2:00PM at Minshall Shropshrire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Middletown (Rte #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Visitation: Thursday, January 25th after 1:00PM at the funeral home.

Interment: Private.
