Bernadette E. (Donohue) Childs, age 80, resided at Fair Acres, Lima, PA, formerly of Darby, PA, died Saturday, July 22, 2017. Bernadette was born and raised in Philadelphia, PA, and attended St. Anne's Commercial School. Bernadette was a homemaker, who enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She was an avid Phillies fan and enjoyed doing word searches. Daughter of the late John and Victoria (Turton) Donohue, sister of the late Dorothy Cooney and Rose Hoffman. Survivors: Son: Andrew C. (Heather) Childs of Brookhaven, PA. Sister: Rita (Joe) Johnson of Philadelphia, PA. Brother: John (Kathy) Donohue of Philadelphia, PA. Also survived by nieces and nephews. Funeral Service: Wednesday, July 26th at 11:00AM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.
