Obituary of Elizabeth Susan Williamson

Elizabeth "Susan" Williamson, age 74, died Monday, July 3, 2017, after a valiant fight against cancer, in her home surrounded by her family. Born in Norristown, PA, to the late Weidler and Mary (Finneran) Bair, she lived in Aston, PA, for the past 45 years and traveled to North Fort Myers, FL enjoying her time surrounded by friends at Old Bridge Village. Susan was a graduate of Archbishop Prendergast High School, Class of 1960. She worked at Ship 'n Shore, Flapdoodles and Emile Henry for many years. Susan was a strong, caring family-driven woman known for her infectious smile and love for Bejeweled. She married the love of her life, Glen, on November 17th, celebrating 52 years of marriage.

Predeceased by her parents Weidler and Mary Bair and her brothers Donald and Jerry.

Survived by her husband Glen "Dale" Williamson, Children Dale (Monica) Williamson and Dawn Brooks, her beloved grandchildren Dale Brooks, Kristen Brooks, and Nicole Williamson and her great grandson, Jackson. She is also survived by her sisters and brother, Molly, Barbara and Tony and countless nieces and nephews. Susan was a surrogate Mom and Nana to so many loved ones.

Funeral Service: Tuesday, July 11th at 11:00AM at the Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Visitation: Monday, July 10th from 6:00-8:00PM and Tuesday, July 11th after 10:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Private.
