Obituary of Genevieve B. Albany

Genevieve B. "Gen" Albany, age 96, died Monday, June 19, 2017 at Quarryville Presbyterian Retirement Community in Quarryville, PA. Gen was born in Media, PA, and was a graduate of Media High School. Mrs. Albany was employed as a legal secretary. Gen was a member of Faith Reformation Presbyterian Church, where she was actively involved with Bible study and missionary work. She was a former member of the Cross Pointe Church, Media, PA. Gen enjoyed counted cross stitch, crewel, and sewing. She also loved to travel and take walks. Daughter of the late Horance and Genevieve (Day) Bigger, wife of the late James S. Albany, who died in 2014, mother of the late J. Richard Albany and John D. Albany. Survivors: Daughter: Susan J.
