Rich brought everyone together. He saw the big picture and everyone's role in it. He valued people. People valued him, and still do, and always will. I value the time I had with Rich Scharrer.
Karen, RJ, Mason, Sherry, Kelly and all family,
Our deepest sympathy in the loss of Richie. May each of you experience the peace only God can give, find comfort in each other, and in your cherished memories of Richie. Praying for all of you at this very difficult time. Love, Bob, Darlene and Family
We are sending our deepest sympathy, peace, and comfort your way.
Karen, words can not express the sadness and sorrow that I am feeling for you, the boys and your family. You will be forever in my thoughts and prayers. I know you are well loved and your family and your friends will always and forever be there for you. God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Love you
Tracy, Richard, Rebecca and Brianna Dibblee
Karen, I am so sorry for your loss! Prayers are with you, your family, and your boys! I know that your memories of your husband will always be with you and in your heart! Fondly, Diane Gonsalves
Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession was left unaided. Inspired with this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother: to thee I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful: O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy hear and answer. Amen (Memorare Prayer)
Karen and Family thanks for sharing Rich with us. I will always remember how much he cared about all the kids we coached together. He was a great teacher on and off the playing field and very passionate about it. I will miss his friendship, but can see all the love and care he poured out to those around him. We will keep you all in our prayers. Rest in Peace Rich. We love you.
