Obituary of Louis B. Finsterbusch, Sr.
Louis B. "Pops" Finsterbusch, Sr., age 87, of Middletown Twp., PA and formerly of Philadelphia, PA, died Wednesday, February 22, 2017. Louis was a graduate of St. Thomas More, Class of 1948, and attended St. Joseph University. Louis was a Veteran of the US Marine Corp. and served during the Korean War.
Mr. Finsterbusch was the Deputy Warden of Business at the Delaware County Prison, until retiring in 1992. Louis was a parishioner of the Church of Our Lady of Charity, a member of the Briarcliffe Fire Company and a Boy Scout Leader for Troop #29. Most of all, Pops was devoted to his family and cherished spending time together.
He was the son of the late Frank and Mary (Sheehan) Finsterbusch; and predeceased three sisters and two brothers.

Wife of 64 years: Dorothy L. Finsterbusch
Daughter: Deborah (Michael) Castiglione
Sons: Louis (Patricia) Finsterbusch, Jr., Richard (Dochia) and Francis (Melissa) Finsterbusch
Brothers: Frank, Bill and Martin Finsterbusch
9 Grandchildren and 4 Great-Grandchildren

Funeral Mass: Saturday, February 25th at 10:30AM at The Church of Our Lady of Charity, 231 Upland Rd., Brookhaven, PA 19015.
Visitation: Saturday, February 25th from 9:30-10:15AM at the church.
Interment: SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery
