Obituary of Rita L. Welsh

Rita L. (Davis) Welsh, age 86, of Maris Grove, died Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at home. Born in Baltimore, MD, she had been a resident of Brookhaven, before moving to Maris Grove. A graduate of Eddystone High School Class of 1942, she had been employed by Marion Bridal Salon of Prospect Park, as a Seamstress. Rita was a long time parishioner of The Church of Our Lady of Charity. She was devoted to her family and spending time with them was her greatest joy. She also enjoyed sewing, playing cards, scrabble and traveling. Rita volunterred at Crozer Chester Medical Center. Wife of the late Charles J. Welsh who died in 2003, and mother of the late Charles Welsh who died in 1979. Sister of the late Marie Feeley. SURVIVORS Daughters: Dolores McCrory (Matthew) of North Wildwood, NJ and Karen Kendra (Michael) of Aston, PA.
