Condolences
Angie's legacy is her love to family, friends and community. She gave herself in helping families and children in Delaware County that needed someone to help them in their crisis. No easy task. God blessed us with her love and she will be missed by many. Until we meet again my friend....Love, Mary Emily
Angelina comes from the Latin word "Angelus" which translates as messenger or angel. If we reflect on the way "Angie" lived her life the message could not be clearer for us to follow, love God, your neighbor and protect the most vulnerable of God's creatures which are the children. Thank you, Angie for reminding all of us to try harder to live up to that message.
I will always remember your kiss that was branded on all of us!
Your infectious laugh, your love for all of your "babies" (even if they were 50 years old), your meatballs, your gravy, your pizzelles, your breakfast nook coffees,, your New Years parties, our Chardonnay toasts, your class, your fashion, your dedication to our Lord, the way you protected children, the way you always made everyone feel so special and loved! I will miss you tremendously! Until we meet again. Xoxo
As a young soldier just back from Vietnam. I met Angie, her sister Rosie and a friend Lucretia at a Pizza shop in North Wildwood. We all conversed and another friend and I were invited up to sit on their porch at their rental. Well, on the way up the stairs, I stubbed my toe pretty good and Angie, being the thoughtful, caring person she was, put disinfectant and a bandage on my toe.
I went on to marry Lucretia and became a long time friend of Rosie and Angie.
She became my podiatrist that day and through the years we always joked about that incident.
This picture of Angie is the perfect example of the Angie I knew: lovely, happy, friendly, enthusiastic, good, and kind. I know she is enjoying her heavenly reunion with all who knew and loved her including our classmates in the Notre Dame Class of 1965.
Angie will be missed very much. Since I was a little girl I will always remember how sweet, caring and so loved she was. No family event was the same without her smile. Love you Angie and rest in sweet peace.
My deepest sympathies and thoughts for a wonderful family. Aunt Angie's beautiful and kind soul will continue to live in the hearts of the family. My fondest memories are the times that I was blessed to be in her kind and gentle presence. What a beautiful write up of a very special well lived life. Hugs and love to all.
