Mary, I am so sorry to hear about John’s passing. He was always fun and entertaining. My prayers are with you and your kids.

Our deepest condolences to the Batt family. Mary may the Lord bring you and your family strength in this very sad time. You and John spent many Great Moments together raising a family, trips into the wilderness.. Those memories will never be forgotten. I'm happy that you both made time to do those trips and enjoy what you both love dearly our outdoors and the Wild. John truly was a great humble soul, passionate about the outdoors! Field and Stream, hunting and helping the youth which I watch for many many years... I watched how he put so much back to emphasize to the junior Hunters that hunting is a renewable resource... And that how truly a great time to spend with family and friends in the outdoors And not Without letting them know how severe and serious hunting is as he emphasized the Safety features of all aspects of our outdoor tradition heritage. He reviews this was a renewable resource.. And that being a hunter he exclaimed is a true conservationist!! He will be truly missed !May God bless...

My condolences to the Batt family. I worked on a number of projects with John in IBEW Local 654. John was very good electrician and a hard working member of our Local Union. I remember many conversations with John and I always appreciated his straight forward manner. I remember John was also very generous with sharing his knowledge as a sportsman.

Hi Mary. Bonnie and Jay here. We are so sorry about Johns passing. We were devastated when we heard. My brother John was breaking up when he told me. It was hard to get the words. They were good friends for a long time and he will be missed.
