Obituary of Bruce C. Weischedel

Bruce C. Weischedel, age 85, of Media, PA, died peacefully surrounded by his loving family on Friday, December 8, 2017. Bruce was a graduate of Media High School. He was employed with Hercules Inc., retiring in 1994. Mr. Weischedel was a member of the Mt. Hope United Methodist Church. He enjoyed reading and was a sports enthusiast, especially enjoying football. Bruce was an animal lover, particularly cats and dogs. Bruce was a kind and caring man who will be sorely missed.

Son of the late Louis G. and Leah (Schlegel) Weischedel.

Survivors:

Wife of 41 years: Donna D. (Dryden) Weischedel

Daughter: Mary Beth (Tom) Shoemaker

Sons: Mark (Judy) Weischedel, Jim (Suzanne) Weischedel and Allan Weischedel

Brother: Ralph W. Weischedel

Sisters: June Keyser and Gail Brewster

Grandchildren: Stephen, David, Joel, Bryan, Katelyn, Alex and Eric

Also survived by nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews

Funeral Service: Friday, December 15th at 11:00AM at Minshall Shropshire-Bleyler Funeral Home, Ltd., Middletown (Rte. #352) & Knowlton Rds., Middletown Twp., Media, PA 19063.

Visitation: Friday, December 15th from 9:30-11:00AM at the funeral home.

Interment: Glenwood Memorial Gardens.
